WHAT KIND OF RESULTS MATTER TO YOU?
Not all results are measured purely in numbers on the bar or on weight on the scale. Sometimes results come from picking the right exercises and training plan to change the way the body moves and what muscles are working.
Stew has been killing it with his Barbarian training for the past couple of months. While he wasn't a novice at the start, he was regularly dealing with lower back pain which would slow his progress and constantly force him to hit pause on his training. By carefully selecting a plan that is right for him and adapting as we rolled it out, we have started to recruit some different muscles. His weights are going up, his body is feeling stronger than ever and he is starting to feel movements in different places. What is even more important is that he has been able to train consistently for months. Consistency of effort will mean that he will be able to continue to set and crush his goals!
So happy for you Stewart, your hard work is paying off!
