šŗ Midlife comes with its own set of challengesāhormonal changes, decreased energy, and shifts in metabolism. But there are ways to take control and feel your best! Here are two simple strategies that helped me boost my energy and strength:
1ļøā£ Strength Training with a Focus on Progress: Itās not about lifting the heaviest weight or doing the most reps right away. I focused on slow, steady progress, and itās amazing how those small gains added up to feeling stronger and more capable over time.
2ļøā£ Balanced Nutrition to Support Hormones: Instead of strict diets, I started paying attention to meals that nourish my bodyāespecially those that help balance hormones. Including more protein and healthy fats made a huge difference in how I felt throughout the day.
These two simple shifts helped me feel more energized, stronger, and in control of my body again!

šŗ I see you, ladies! I know how challenging it can be to think about taking care of yourself when life pulls you in so many directions. Work, family, endless to-do listsāputting yourself first can feel almost impossible.
But hereās the truth Iāve learned: itās not selfish to prioritize yourselfāitās necessary. The hardest part isnāt doing the work; itās deciding that you are worth the effort.
Breaking old habits, finding energy when you feel drained, and stepping into a fitness class or workout program can feel daunting. Trust me, Iāve been there. Itās easy to choose comfort and push off change another day.
But let me tell you, once you take that first step, everything begins to shift. Youāll start feeling stronger, more energized, and more in tune with what your body needs. Taking care of yourself doesnāt take time away from everything elseāit actually gives you more time because youāre showing up as your best self.

šŗ LIFE LATELY! Iāve been leaning into a few changes recently, and itās making a big difference in how I feel.
⨠Adding: More strength workouts to my routine! Building muscle has been a priority lately, and Iām loving how much stronger I feelāboth physically and mentally. šŖš½
⨠Letting Go: The idea that I have to have it all together every day. Iām learning to appreciate small victories and take things one day at a timeāprogress is what matters most.
⨠Learning: The importance of balance. Between building my coaching business, teaching Jazzercise and everything else, Iām focusing more on recovery and rest, and itās really paying off.
