For real though, this will be a big challenge for me.
Being vulnerable on my podcast? NO PROBLEM. I’m hidden behind the mic and don’t have the same risk of facing possible public humiliation or even worse… a negative comment section. The horror.
Being vulnerable, open and transparent about all the different dimensions of me on social media feels very dysregulating for my nervous system. My internal alarm system is loud and telling me ALL the reasons why I shouldn’t do this.
Unfortunately…my desire to have a bigger impact, help more women, provide for my family and build the life I want is bigger than my fears.
And the ONLY way I will condition my nervous system to feel safe around talking on camera and showing all parts of me is… to do it. Lol.

Nobody tells you how much of your life an unhealthy relationship with food quietly takes from you.
It's not just about what you eat. It's about everything that shrinks around it.
It's being on vacation but spending the whole time managing food instead of actually being there.
It's your friend's wedding, your kid's birthday, a spontaneous dinner invite — and your first feeling is anxiety instead of excitement.
It's lying awake at night not because you're worried about work or the people you love. But because you're replaying every meal and planning tomorrow's fresh start.
It's the career you haven't gone after. The photos you've said no to. The version of yourself you keep putting on hold.
It's showing up to your own life at half capacity because the other half is permanently allocated to managing this.
And the loneliest part is that nobody around you can see it. You look completely fine on the outside.
But inside there's this constant low-grade hum. The monitoring. The negotiating. The shame that never fully turns off.
Every. Single. Day.
If this is where you are right now, I want you to know something.
This isn't who you are. It's a pattern that formed for a very good reason. And it can absolutely be healed.
