Another day ,another walk.

This morning walk was great,I was in the moment.

Sweet morning ,I talked to my mommy while walking ,she’s in good spirit ,happy and healthy.My biggest blessing of the month to have my mommy back home.❤️

My 10 000 steps a day goal isn’t achieved yet ,I guess I will have to take another walk before the big game tonight. 🔵⚪️🔴

Today, I asked myself:

Am I moving like the woman I wish to become?

Sometimes manifestation looks like:
— resting
— saying no
— healing
— sending the email
— drinking more water
— writing the idea down
— believing in yourself one more day

Not every miracle arrives loudly.

Some blessings enter your life quietly through discipline, alignment and faith.

Today, choose one thing that aligns you with the life you desire.

One small intentional step is enough. 🤎

Manifester, ce n’est pas seulement souhaiter.

C’est aussi devenir.

Aujourd’hui, je me suis demandé :

Est-ce que j’agis comme la femme que je veux devenir?

Parfois, manifester ressemble à :

— se reposer
— dire non
— guérir
— envoyer ce courriel
— boire plus d’eau
— écrire son idée
— croire en soi une journée de plus

Tous les miracles n’arrivent pas bruyamment.

Certaines bénédictions entrent doucement dans nos vies à travers la discipline, l’alignement et la foi.

Aujourd’hui, choisis une chose qui t’aligne avec la vie que tu désires.

Un petit pas intentionnel suffit.

THOUGHT OF THE DAY

Today, I woke up at 6:45 a.m.

I stayed in bed for a few moments, gathering my thoughts in silence.

And in that quiet moment, I began speaking my affirmations out loud:(2 min each)

I am at the right place at the right time.

I am emotionally, physically, spiritually, and financially aligned.

I am ready to receive my blessings.

I’ve been holding onto a miracle for a while now, and today felt like the right day to finally speak life into the atmosphere.

Ever since I was a child, I’ve carried this deep feeling within me — this ability to manifest, to feel things before they arrive, to trust what my soul already knows.

Today, I decided not to go astray.

Not to be distracted.

Not to let fear interrupt what I know is meant for me.
Maybe it’s the sound of the rain against my windows, or the heaviness of the sky today, but something in me said:

Pour your faith into action.

So today, I spoke life into my situation.

And as the day unfolded, I felt aligned.

I felt free.

I took action toward another dream of mine — but honestly, it’s bigger than me. It’s something I believe can create impact, healing, and connection for others too.
So send me good energy, sis. 🌿

And today, I want to uplift someone by reminding you:
Keep dreaming.

Keep striving.

Keep speaking your desires into existence.

What is meant for you will arrive in time.

When you carry that unshakable feeling inside of you…

That deep certitude that lingers quietly in your spirit…

It’s not random.
It’s a sign.
A sign to move.
A sign to trust.
A sign to continue.
