L'amour et la passion de Tisha pour la Kizomba/Semba débutent il y a 23 ans au contact de la communauté angolaise de Toronto bien avant que des cours n'existent au Canada.

Professeure de méditation certifiée, elle a développé une pédagogie unique pour l'enseignement de la Kizomba/Semba en y intégrant des techniques de méditation qui favorisent l’ancrage et la connexion à soi et au partenaire.

Tisha's love and passion for Kizomba/Semba began 23 years ago through her encounter with the Angolan community in Toronto, long before classes existed in Canada.

As a certified meditation teacher, she has developed a unique teaching method for Kizomba/Semba, integrating meditation techniques that subserve grounding and connection to oneself and one's partner.
