Ill be giving LIVE(not recorded) online spinning classes daily. Gyms are still closed for we dont know how long... and we all need to stay motivated and to keep our brains busy !!

Classes are free of charge at the moment. Some people chose to send donations as i did lose my coach income but there is zero obligations so feel free to contact me. I just want to get bigger group so that the spirit and energy gets stronger!

Ok so here it is :

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday: 6 pm
Tuesday and friday 7 am
Saturday 10 am
Sunday 9:30 am

I will add more classes eventually 🙂
