For every problem comes a solution, we either choose to find the solution or we take the easy way out and turn the problem into an excuse.
Let's talk about time๐
And let's be honest, we all have the same 24hrs everyday.
The difference is some know how to manage it better than the other.
You get to choose what you do during every second of that 24hrs
Sometimes it's hard to FIND the time and that doesn't really mean we can't MAKE the time.
We can easily get carried away scrolling down on social media and watching TV without realizing how much valuable time got wasted...
Same applies for money๐ต
You choose to eat out 3x a week and buy a new pair of shoes every month. Do the Maths...
Healthy food isn't really expensive at this point, it's simply not a priority for you.
Oh you don't know how to cook?
Well LEARN it ffs๐
Bottom line is when you're serious about looking after your health and achieving your fitness goals. Well you gotta start make those sacrifices and adjust your priorities

Levon has made some drastic changes in the last 4 weeks working together
Prior to the program he was:
โ Drinking 3-5 cokes a day
โ Smoking 1.5-2 packs of ci******es a day
โ Eating out/ fast food multiple times a week
He knew if he continued down this path he wouldn't enjoy living his life to the fullest like he wanted

Every one talks about changing the world. Why not start with Self?
It's easy to see everyone else's flaws, shortcomings and lack.
It's easy to blame the person sitting next to us for our failures instead of holding ourself accountable and accepting reality.
Maybe it's a good time to take inventory of self.
Maybe it's about time we reevaluate our decisions & actions and understand the long term consequences.
I think it's time we start working harder and smarter on ourselves instead of criticizing and pointing fingers at others.
I wonder where that would lead?
