🎉 Hey there, lovely people! A big, sparkly HAPPY NEW YEAR to each and every one of you! 🥳
Can you believe we are already well into 2024? Time flies when you're... well, doing all the things, right? We've been a bit quiet on here (guilty as charged 🙈), but you've been in our thoughts, and we're SO ready to dive back into this wonderful online family. 🤗
This year, we're all about fresh starts, belly laughs, and cups of coffee that magically refill themselves (a person can dream, right?). We've been cooking up something pretty awesome - a little space where ambitions are the main dish and support is the secret sauce. It's not out of the oven just yet, but oh, it smells heavenly! 🍲✨
So, what's your vibe for 2024? Do you have any dreams or fun plans you can't wait to get started on? We're here to cheer you on, share some giggles, and maybe, just maybe, offer a sprinkle of inspiration along the way. 🌈

Happiness within Chaos Season 2 In 10 Minutes …
Deb Turton and Guy Daigneault go back over the content of season two and put all the puzzle pieces together on shattering your limiting beliefs. Learn how to program your brain to see possibilities instead of roadblocks and shape the way you think and solve problems with the words you use to describe the world.
● A belief is the acceptance that a statement is true.
● All of season two has been about shattering limiting beliefs and using positive words to program your brain with a more positive mindset.
● Learn why words are the foundation of how we think. By using different words and asking the right questions, we can change so much of our brain’s programming and structure.
● Start asking great questions, and you typically reach great solutions.
● When we have a big problem, the issue is usually having too much information and variables to deal with at one time. When we get overwhelmed, we rarely find the best solutions to the problem.
● Learn how to make a habit of breaking down problems into small steps and why this reduces the sense of overwhelm and gives you a sense of progress and momentum.
● The power of discovering your biases and examining why you think the way you do.
● How to use words to reprogram your brain using different language and gradually develop your mindset into seeing possibilities everywhere.
● Have you taken concrete action to move forward in your life? If not, now is the time. With the right attitude and a little effort, you can change everything.
