Whatsup everyone?! 👋
I know its been a little while but I’M STILL HERE! 😎
😮 Starting tomorrow, I’ve decided to go on a diet for the next couple of months / until I achieve my goal.
It all starts with a little bit of prep work! 👨🍳
Here is a sneak peak of my first two meals.
🔵Meal 1 : Overnight oats
🔵Meal 2 : Chicken breast - Rice - Mixed veggies
The other two will be made when dinner comes around & post workout.
🔵Snack : Apple
🔵Meal 3 : Protein shake
🔵Meal 4 : Salmon - Rice - Mixed veggies
Total calories: 2150 💥

Trying to make my way down to 176 hoping my body will lean out & react the way I’m aiming for.
