Welcome to TIBEC Fitness group! This group was created to build a healthy community where everyone c I also shared nutrition advice.

I initially open this Fitness page to connect with people that would like to get some introduction to the fitness life (mainly women). In Dili (East-Timor) I provided free fitness class twice a week doing body weights exercises. every class we had up to 40 people who joined and enjoyed the class. I run the class for free because I wanted to motivate everyone, all age, and genders to feel comfortab
