Add story-telling to your arsenal of skills ๐ช
Story-telling is more than just recounting stories. It's a way for you to tell meaningful information in a captivating way, engaging the listener using adjectives & emotions
The best leaders are great storytellers which is why they occupy high positions
Comment "story" below if you want to develop your storytelling ๐

If we haven't met, my name is Irfaan ๐
I help professionals get heard, taken seriously and get promoted without changing who they are
I started where a lot of you are right now
Smart. Capable. Doing good work.
But somehow still being talked over in meetings, passed up for opportunities and feeling like my value wasn't landing the way it should ๐ซฃ
The frustrating part? It wasn't a knowledge problem.
It was a communication problem.
Once I figured that out, everything changed. And since then I've made it my mission to help other professionals make that same shift
The people I work with are:
โ Strong in their role but struggling to express their ideas with confidence
โ Getting overlooked in meetings despite being one of the most capable people there
โ Watching less qualified colleagues get promoted and wondering what they're missing
โ
The shift I teach isn't about becoming someone you're not
โ
It's about learning to communicate in a way that actually reflects the professional you already are
โ
One change. Practiced consistently. Changes how every room receives you
If you want the exact framework I use to help professionals speak with clarity and command attention at work,
๐comment FRAMEWORK and I'll send it over
๐จOr send me a DM if you want to talk about what this could look like for you specifically.
Mention here someone you love hearing speak
Less attacks more comprehension
If you criticize someone in a bad way, their brain shuts off and stops listening to you. Your question, tone, facial expressions all matter

Take your time before responding to
an argument / an attack / an insult
because you might just regret it
from reacting
