Again, red flags are very broad. There are also certain test that a physiotherapist or other trained health care professional can do mainly to RULE OUT fracture and decide whether or not you should go get an X-RAY! Donât leave your aches and pains hanging (although I highly doubt you would leave a fracture waiting, unless itâs a stress fracture maybe đ€?)

Some will tell you running is bad for your knees. Like everything, a balance needs to be found. Extremes rarely come without risk. Run too much, too soon, and you can get hurt
But running isnât inherently âbad for your kneesâ. In fact, loading your knees is extremely healthy. In a world where people donât exercise enough as is, we canât afford to be spreading fear around the most basic physical activity
Smoking, alcohol, and drugs (among other things) are inherently unhealthy. Running, is not

Donât be discouraged by all the nasty sounding statements. If it sounds like it doesnât make sense, it probably doesnât make sense
If someone tell you your right leg is longer than the left and thatâs what is causing your imbalances but you have had (or think you could have) someone else tell you your left leg is longer, then thatâs probably because none of the two can accurately eyeball your leg length and it also probably doesnât matter đ
