On pense souvent que “prébiotiques”, c’est compliqué…

Les prébiotiques, c’est un peu comme du “terreau” :
tu nourris les bonnes bactéries… et elles te le rendent en retour (digestion, satiété, inflammation, cravings).

Puis on abandonne.
