We’re Kiera + Kaitlyn, founders of Keeks Pilates. Later this year, we’ll be opening our doors to a bright, welcoming studio designed for movement, and community.

Offering hot mat and reformer pilates, our classes are designed to meet clients where they are, whether returning to movement, building strength, or simply making time to move.
