Despite the COVID-19 restrictions, we had a very special Black belt test day. Congrats, all students who have just achieved 1st degree black belts !! We are so proud of you all! Your hard work have been paid off and you have more responsibilities now. Continued to be a positive and a respectful role model inside and outside of classroom.....😊

As of March 16, 2020, the Provincial Health Officer issued a new restriction on gathering of 50 or more people in BC as well as practicing maximal social isolation to limit the spread of the virus, The urgency of the situation has been highlighted in a global scale and we must each do our part in limiting the spread of the virus.
Thus, given the rapidly changing situation around COVID-19, we have decided to close our classes for two weeks and will reassess the situation as per provincial health recommendations.
We hope that by doing our part and working together, this pandemic will be under control quickly.
Please continue to follow public health guidelines and practice good hand hygiene and stay home to adhere to social isolation recommendations to do our part in minimizing the severity of what is about to come.
