Poolside dinner while the kids swam. That was fun.

I knew that charing wood was a Japanese technique to prevent it from rotting but didn’t know that it’s still used. I’ve been noticing it in places where at home we’d definitely be seeing pressure treated wood.

4 belt notches and going to need a new belt. 37lbs and well on my way to breaking 200lbs which I haven’t been under in almost 20 years. I feel like I’m just getting started too which is cool.

As you can see by the chart after our first kid and now reaffirming it…..

All the extra time and capacity to focus on family, career, hobbies, and personal growth instead of fitness food and health over 11 years was absolutely worth it in exchange for 6 months of a little pain 😂

Almost done getting things streamlined on that end to keep me organized and on top of things. Who knew a planned road trip in a Toyota RAV4 would escalate to this 😂. Hi from Portugal!
