Many people love yoga, but injury, chronic pain, or illness can make a land-based practice difficult.
What if yoga could meet people exactly where they are? Less strain. Less pain.
And no getting on the floor.
Water has a beautiful way of making movement accessible, empowering, and joyful.

Some days your body asks for less, not more.
Less strain. Less force. Less effort.
In the water, “less” becomes enough—
And enough becomes relief.

Here are a few tips to get you started:

Tip #1 Get into warm pool (88 F or higher) -sink down into shoulder depth water.

Tip #2 Take 5-10 slow deep breaths in pool -letting the warm water relax your muscles.

Tip #3 Begin slow, gentle, movements -start at your ankles and wrists, then your knees and elbows, then hips and shoulders and lastly spine. Focus on moving in a way that feels good.
