When we practice yoga in the water, spinal length is increased. Excellent for people with spinal injuries who could use a little bit more space between each vertebrae.

Aqua Yoga is yoga practiced in warm water. In the water, the breath is illuminated and core muscles are gently strengthened.

One of the most beautiful things about teaching Aqua Yoga is watching people's confidence return.
People who arrive feeling limited often leave feeling capable, supported, and free.
The water becomes a partner in their practice.
Not everyone feels comfortable walking into a fitness class.
Not everyone can get down to the floor for yoga.
But many people can step into a pool.

As our population ages, the need for inclusive movement practices continues to grow.
Aqua Yoga offers a unique way to enjoy mobility, balance, strength, and mindfulness in the support of water.

Many people love yoga, but injury, chronic pain, or illness can make a land-based practice difficult.
What if yoga could meet people exactly where they are? Less strain. Less pain.
And no getting on the floor.
Water has a beautiful way of making movement accessible, empowering, and joyful.

Less strain. Less force. Less effort.
In the water, “less” becomes enough—
And enough becomes relief.
