Our High Performance Youth Training Program is designed to support young athletes alongside their current sport, not compete with it. We take into account their season, schedule, and overall workload so they can keep improving without feeling run down.
In-season, we focus on movement quality, injury prevention, mobility, and staying sharp for competition. No unnecessary fatigue. No workouts that take away from performance.
In the off-season, we shift gears to build strength, power, speed, and overall athletic development so they come back better, not just busier.
We don’t rely on endless conditioning, cone drills, or running athletes into fatigue. We target weak muscles, improve unstable movement patterns, and build mobility that actually translates to sport.
Our athletes learn how to move better with proper linear, lateral, and rotational mechanics so they can produce more power, move more efficiently, and perform when it matters most.
Every program is structured with intention. We adjust training volume and intensity based on the athlete’s sport, position, and demands to support long-term development.
This is youth athletic training built for performance, injury prevention, and confidence, not just conditioning.

Strong girls aren’t just built with weights… they’re built with confidence. 🔥
DM “STRONG” to save your daughter's spot for the next Strong Girls Club starting April 2nd. 👇
This isn’t just a fitness program.
It’s a space where girls learn to believe in themselves, support each other, and grow stronger inside and out. ✅
Over 8 weeks, girls ages 8-13 will be introduced to strength training in a fun, supportive environment led by Coach Vera Da Silva.
They’ll learn:
• Proper strength training techniques
• Coordination and movement skills
• Confidence through accomplishing hard things
• The value of teamwork and lifting others up
Because strength isn’t just about burpees and dumbbells.
It’s about building self-esteem, creating healthy habits, and helping girls feel proud of what their bodies can do.
