As I read many posts (even the sappy ones!) I reflected & wanted to share my thoughts on a sensitive topic...

Can we have a moment right now?!?

Fertility, baby making, hormones, stress, money, time, effort... ugh Hello, the List goes on & on 🤦🏻♀️ (I’m living through this as well)

Us Women have a lot of factors going on within our lives and bodies.
I’ve recently had in-depth conversations with a few of my clients and friends about being or becoming pregnant as well as being the healthiest version of themselves postpartum.

Without getting into people’s personal details... I wanted to share a common misconception.
—
Getting pregnant & staying pregnant is easy and happens all the time, right!? Wrong.
Almost all couples can take up to a YEAR to get pregnant.
AND 10% of women in the 🌍 are unable to stay pregnant. —
So how can we improve these stats?
Through:
▪️Daily physically exercise
▪️Healthy nutrition
▪️Decreasing stress
▪️Eliminating exposure to toxins
▪️Increasing sleep
▪️Adding in a clean prenatal vitamin —
I’ll talk more about this topic next week but for now... just remember not all Prenatal vitamins are equal 🤦🏻♀️
