IF you want to get the most out of your workouts, you need to make sure to try maximising your heart rate as high as you can go. Personally I max out my heart rate at least 5 times a week. Lately i have been using boxing frequently to max out my heart rate and mainly biking. What are some of your ways of maxing out your heart rate? Feel free to share. 🙌
