We had a great time doing a private event on Canada Day. Texas Twinkies, chopped prime brisket and pulled pork sliders, smoked brisket elote dip and our house made jalapeño cheddar sausages. Well the time has come and we’re doing our first pop up! Come see us Sunday June 28th at Lundy Manor Wine Cellars from 1-5 or sell out. Limited menu of chopped brisket or pulled pork sandwiches and Texas twinkies. Come check out our new rig and have a glass of wine at the wine bar located inside . Look forward to serving y’all!
