☀️ Summer is calling… and so is one of our FAVORITE events of the year!
Back by popular demand (because you all made it such a hit last time), we’re bringing the vibes, the energy, and the fun all over again. If you were there last time, you already know… and if you missed it, trust us—you won’t want to this time around.

Family Day long weekend is almost here 💙
Here are our gym hours for Family Day 2026:
🗓 Sat, Feb 14 – Open regular hours
🗓 Sun, Feb 15 – Open regular hours
🗓 Mon, Feb 16 – Gym only 7:30–12:30 PM
👶 Childminding room is open but not supervised.
Plan your workouts accordingly and enjoy the long weekend with your people 💪

The CrossFit Open is almost here!
From Feb 26 – March 16, athletes around the world will be throwing down—and you can be one of them. The Open is a 3-week event, with one workout announced each week. You’ll have 5 days to complete it and submit your score.
It’s an incredible way to test your fitness, collect measurable data, and see how you stack up on a global scale. Whether it’s your first Open or your tenth, anyone can sign up—all fitness levels welcome.
It’s also one of the best chances of the year to compete, cheer each other on, and throw down with your fellow gym members.
Registration opens January 14th at games.crossfit.com/open/registration.
Let’s train with purpose, test ourselves, and have some fun along the way.

Every year after summer, we move into a dedicated strength phase and every year our members show up, put in the work, stay consistent, and trust the process.

Concluding the 2025 year with a HYROX race is one heck of a way to finish.
It was an intense, heavy, push-filled, squat packed HYROX weekend and today we want to send our sincerest congratulations to all of our athletes who competed.

The Functional Athletics team is incredibly proud of you all. We’re already excited for what’s ahead in 2026 — but for now, take a well-earned break and enjoy the holiday treats!
