Apple Cinnamon Protein Cake
Line an 8" Baking Pan with Parchment Paper or you can use butter to grease
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix Dry Ingredients
1 cup Oats
1 tbsp Truvia
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 cup Gluten Free Flour
1-2 tbsp Cinnamon
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
Blend Wet Ingredients
1 cup Cottage Cheese
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
3-4 Apples peeled and diced
Mix Ingredients Together and pour into pan
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
Sprinkle with Brown Sugar and let sit for 5 minutes before serving
