🥊 BOXING DAY RESET: THE COMEBACK STARTS NOW 🥊

Boxing Day isn’t just a holiday…
It’s the day after the chaos — the perfect moment to reset, breathe, and take back your momentum.

Holiday Hydration Guide 🎄💧

Start the day hydrated: 1–2 large glasses of water first thing in the morning.

Baseline goal: Aim for 2–3 liters per day (more if training, traveling, or drinking alcohol).

Electrolytes matter: Add electrolytes once daily (especially if you’re sweating, training, or having alcohol).

Alcohol rule: 1 drink = 1 full glass of water alongside it.

Don’t “save” water: Sip consistently throughout the day instead of chugging at night.

Salt your food: Helps retain fluids and prevents headaches/fatigue.

Watch subtle dehydration signs: Headache, low energy, cravings, constipation, dry lips.

Before bed: Small glass of water + pinch of salt if you’ve been active or had drinks (don’t overdo it).

Hydration = better digestion, energy, mood, and workouts especially during the holidays.

🎄 You Can Enjoy Holiday Food and Stay On Track — Here’s How 🎄

One of the biggest lies women are told is that you have to choose between:
enjoying food
or

You can absolutely do both, if you have the right strategy.
