Do you feel peace in your heart on a more consistent basis - or do you feel anxious and stressed?

Now’s the time to take a few minutes and check in with yourself to see how you are REALLY feeling!

Many people are running on auto-pilot - just going through the paces of life. I absolutely believe in taking life one day at a time - and embracing the present moment - after-all, that is all we really have. Life is far too precious and every new day is a new opportunity to become better, stronger, healthier and...more at peace.

What’s giving you anxiety or stress? Figure that out first, then break each one down into smaller more manageable steps. Only you have the power to transform the way you live your life. Step into your power, grow more courage and self love...and trust in the timing of the universe.

Are you playing life safe!? Do you find there are some things you would like to try but you keep putting them off?

There is one person who you MUST show up for each and every single day....and that’s YOU!

Sometimes we need to just jump in and try new things...get outside your comfort zone a little and start REALLY living life!!

I’m facilitating a youth Positive Mental Health program at the moment, and we are discovering the gift of stepping outside our comfort zone and giving something new a try! It’s not about whether or not you succeed...it’s whether or not you try! Set yourself free from doubt and find your inner courage!!

So...let me ask you....is there something you have been putting off trying? Now’s the time...life is happening...right here...right now, in this very moment. Don’t let it pass you by!

When you realize you are in the drivers seat of your life...it becomes pretty sweet!!

What are your hopes and dreams!? If you don’t like the road you are traveling on...CHOOSE a different road! Life is truly about the journey, living in alignment and following your heart and passion!!

My journey has brought me to this incredible place, one where I feel complete inner peace and excitement for my future. Doing what I absolutely love....working one-on-one with clients and helping them to discover their true happiness and fulfillment.

No one else can bring you happiness...this is your journey...... and happiness are an inside job....❤️

It has been a while since I did a post and I promise to be more consistent!

I’d like to ask you two questions...

1. What gives you energy?
2. What drains your energy?

Become more consciously aware of how you feel when you are doing certain things or around certain people. Listen to your inner compass as it’s always there guiding you. I often speak with my clients about our “energy bucket”....what keeps your energy bucket full?

Life is a precious gift....far too precious to waste on things that don’t serve you!

Now...do more of what GIVES you energy!!! Stand in your power and always...always....always keep your face to the sun! Never let your light dim! You are 💯 in control ✨✨✨

Mindful May!! Let us create more present awareness in our life and truly embrace and experience the moments of our journey!

So, when was the last time you applied mindfulness to eating a meal? In today’s busy world most people eat on the fly or as they are doing work on a computer.

I’d like you to invite you to do this today and see how different your experience of eating a meal really is!

Find a quiet place to sit and take a couple of deep breath...then just notice:

1. Chew slowly...how does the food feel in your mouth?
2. What does your food taste like - flavours/spices?
3. What does your food look like - colours, textures...?
4. What does your food smell like?
5. What does it sound like when you are chewing your food - crunchy...?
6. If you can feel your food - what does it feel like in your hands?

Being more mindful when you eat has many benefits including: eating slower which really helps your digestion, provides a mental break - slowing down to take some time for you throughout the day, you’ll be less likely to binge and you’ll notice when you start to feel full which will avoid overeating.

So...that’s your challenge this month - be more mindful when fuelling and nourishing your body.

This came up in a workshop I lead this week!! Especially for all of the parents/caregivers out there. When we look after ourselves first, it allows us to show up in a more balanced, energized and happier state. What does taking care of YOU look like!? Are you:

✨Eating healthy nutritious meals?
✨Getting enough rest?
✨Speaking kindly to yourself?
✨Moving your body?
✨Doing more of what you love?
✨Keeping hydrated?
✨Meditating - giving your mind time out?
✨Reading books?
✨Watching movies that you enjoy?
✨Taking relaxing baths 🛀?
✨Spending time with people who love support you?

Perhaps this weekend you commit to checking in with yourself and seeing (honestly) how you are doing! Sometimes when we are so busy running around looking after other people...we tend to survive on autopilot...Vs being able to thrive in life!! Check in...balance...Body, Mind + Soul!
