One of our clients, Colton Sissons of the Nashville Predators working on his speed endurance as he nears the beginning of training camp. After a successful rookie year in the AHL, Colton prepares to make an impact on coaches/scouts to secure a spot on the Predators. Keep up the hard work Colton!

Here's a quick clip of a few people running the Edgemont Stairs. My last post is from start to finish and this is only the last section of the stairs. All of them are super quick.

I highly recommend this to any athlete looking to get quicker feet endurance and acceleration improvements

For time:
5 Tire Flips
40m Tire Pull x 2
Ladder Sprints x 3
Single Leg Lateral Jumps x 3
30 Double Rope Slams
-Repeat 5 times-

It doesn't sound intimidating, but wouldn't you be scared of the Bandersnatch if you saw it?

Here we have Carter Stephenson powering through it, his best time was 2:21. Well done!
