Weekly Wednesday Stairs Session underway! The guys & girls preparing as Jens gives them some words of encouragement
Here's a quick clip of a few people running the Edgemont Stairs. My last post is from start to finish and this is only the last section of the stairs. All of them are super quick.
I highly recommend this to any athlete looking to get quicker feet endurance and acceleration improvements
