Good morning โ๏ธ & Happy Tuesday!
Onto a new chapter in my life, rented out my condo for the next year to a super cute young couple from Ontario.
Just moved in with my boyfriend in Vancouver, but still training clients 4 days a week on the North Shore.
Onwards & upwards as they say! Goodbye for now NV mountains ๐๏ธ & cute lil condo. They said I couldnโt do it but I did it๐

Abundance is a mindsetโจ
Money goes where itโs loved, respected and used strategically for the betterment of ourselves and others ๐
Saying โI canโt afford that.โ
Or โIโm too broke to do that.โ
โI always live paycheque to paycheque.โ
Will just have you manifesting more of the same sense of lack and fear. Trust me, I know cause I heard all that s**t growing up with a single Mom for YEARS!
Luckily, my Mom/life/my BBA Finance Major also taught me the following:

I had no period, I was exhausted all the time. And I didnโt even enjoy how โgoodโ everyone said I looked.โฃโ

You know why? I grew up being emotionally & verbally abused and made fun of at every turn. Treats not being shared with me.โฃโ

By someone close to me who was supposed to love, cherish & protect me. Made me feel unwanted and unloved, not good enough.โฃโ

I then went on to be bullied throughout elementary and high school for being โdifferentโ & a โbigger girl.โโฃ (Iโm 5โ9 + always have had wide hips and thick thighs)โฃโ

But it didnโt stop there - Iโve also been bullied online for being thicker. Iโve been harassed by men who only look at me as a piece of meat, a s*x object.โฃโ

Itโs disgusting ๐คฎ โฃBUT societal standards and bullies havenโt wounded me as much as hateful words have since the age of 7.โฃโ

It doesnโt matter if you think Iโm beautiful, s*xy or smart.โฃโ
Itโs how I feel about me that matters to ME.โฃโ
I used to pick my body apart constantly.โฃโ

When I look in the mirror I tend to see the things I donโt like:โฃโ

Up your protein at EVERY meal, and donโt forget 5 cups of non-starchy veggies a day will help ensure your bodyโs getting the micronutrients itโs lacking if you keep craving sweets.
๐๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ค๐ ๐ฉ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ก ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฌ?
Make sure to include a small amount of healthy fats at every meal, along with some whole grain carbohydrates, sufficient protein and hella veggies so you are giving your body what it NEEDS.

Then you probably under salt your food which isnโt good either. Our bodies need a small amount of sodium to function properly, and even more if you workout often and sweat a lot. Pink Himalayan sea salt is best. Also make sure to add high quality electrolytes to your water throughout the day, not just while youโre exercising or doing housework. I have a great one I can recommend if you arenโt sure.
