Good morning โ˜•๏ธ & Happy Tuesday!

Onto a new chapter in my life, rented out my condo for the next year to a super cute young couple from Ontario.

Just moved in with my boyfriend in Vancouver, but still training clients 4 days a week on the North Shore.

Onwards & upwards as they say! Goodbye for now NV mountains ๐Ÿ”๏ธ & cute lil condo. They said I couldnโ€™t do it but I did it๐Ÿ˜ˆ

Money goes where itโ€™s loved, respected and used strategically for the betterment of ourselves and others ๐ŸŒ

Saying โ€œI canโ€™t afford that.โ€
Or โ€œIโ€™m too broke to do that.โ€

I had no period, I was exhausted all the time. And I didnโ€™t even enjoy how โ€œgoodโ€ everyone said I looked.โฃโ

You know why? I grew up being emotionally & verbally abused and made fun of at every turn. Treats not being shared with me.โฃโ

By someone close to me who was supposed to love, cherish & protect me. Made me feel unwanted and unloved, not good enough.โฃโ

I then went on to be bullied throughout elementary and high school for being โ€œdifferentโ€ & a โ€œbigger girl.โ€โฃ (Iโ€™m 5โ€™9 + always have had wide hips and thick thighs)โฃโ

But it didnโ€™t stop there - Iโ€™ve also been bullied online for being thicker. Iโ€™ve been harassed by men who only look at me as a piece of meat, a s*x object.โฃโ

Itโ€™s disgusting ๐Ÿคฎ โฃBUT societal standards and bullies havenโ€™t wounded me as much as hateful words have since the age of 7.โฃโ

It doesnโ€™t matter if you think Iโ€™m beautiful, s*xy or smart.โฃโ 
Itโ€™s how I feel about me that matters to ME.โฃโ 
I used to pick my body apart constantly.โฃโ

I am learning to love my body every day with small actions of self love.โฃ

๐“๐ซ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐›๐จ๐ฆ๐›: Even when I was shredded at 11% body fat I didnโ€™t feel great about myself tbh. I didnโ€™t feel good enough to take that final step on stage and show off all my hard work by competing in bodybuilding. โฃ

I had no period, I was exhausted all the time. And I didnโ€™t even enjoy how โ€œgoodโ€ everyone said I looked.โฃ
โฃ
You know why? I grew up being emotionally & verbally abused and made fun of at every turn. Treats not being shared with me.โฃ

By someone close to me who was supposed to love, cherish & protect me. Made me feel unwanted and unloved, not good enough.โฃ

I then went on to be bullied throughout elementary and high school for being โ€œdifferentโ€ & a โ€œbigger girl.โ€โฃ

(Iโ€™m 5โ€™9 + always have had wide hips and thick thighs)โฃ

But it didnโ€™t stop there - Iโ€™ve also been bullied online for being thicker. โฃ
Iโ€™ve been harassed by men who only look at me as a piece of meat, a s*x object.โฃ

Itโ€™s disgusting ๐Ÿคฎ โฃ
BUT societal standards and bullies havenโ€™t wounded me as much as hateful words have since the age of 7.โฃ

It doesnโ€™t matter if you think Iโ€™m beautiful, s*xy or smart.โฃ
Itโ€™s how I feel about me that matters to ME.โฃ
I used to pick my body apart constantly.โฃ

When I look in the mirror I tend to see the things I donโ€™t like:โฃ
Crooked teeth, rounded belly, back fat, cellulite on the back of my legs and jiggly inner thighs.โฃ

Up your protein at EVERY meal, and donโ€™t forget 5 cups of non-starchy veggies a day will help ensure your bodyโ€™s getting the micronutrients itโ€™s lacking if you keep craving sweets.

Then you probably under salt your food which isnโ€™t good either. Our bodies need a small amount of sodium to function properly, and even more if you workout often and sweat a lot. Pink Himalayan sea salt is best. Also make sure to add high quality electrolytes to your water throughout the day, not just while youโ€™re exercising or doing housework. I have a great one I can recommend if you arenโ€™t sure.
