🚨 MAJOR AWARD ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

We’re so proud to announce that our very own Superintendent, Steve Haggard, has won a major industry award. With over 300 golf courses in B.C., Steve was voted BCGSA Superintendent of the Year by his peers!

Steve (pictured with our assistant Superintendent, Rob Yates) accepted his award at the association’s year-end conference last week in Victoria.

This award acknowledges Steve’s 30 years of leadership, dedication and expertise in the industry. He is one of two original staff members still working at Northlands after being hired in 1996 during the course’s construction.

Steve, Rob and the rest of our crew work tirelessly to make Northlands one of the best public golf courses in the Province!

Well, I’m here to tell you that you’re probably gonna find out, as you go out there, that you’re gonna put your first Pro V1 in the pond on one, score a quadruple on four, throw your club on five, dunk a flop in the pond on ten, hit the branch on 14 and your score is going to add up to THE WORST ROUND OF YOUR LIFE! You’re gonna end up drinking a steady diet of Fireball at Northlands Bar and Grill and living in a van down by the river!
