Equus Youth Anxiety Groups:
* provide evidence-based therapy, psych-education, and effective strategies for addressing anxiety & stress.
* are facilitated by an MSW - Clinical Specialist.
* include the benefits of interacting with horses.
* are small (low number of participants).
* are covered by Health Benefit Plans.

Saturday, March 28th:
Group One: 9-11yrs *12pm
Group Two: 12-14yrs *2pm
