Every cell in your body makes it.
There are more studies demonstrating that cholesterol levels that are too low are more dangerous than having high cholesterol.
If someone has high cholesterol the next question should be WHY? Not HOW to lower it.

Tracy Hildebrand from will be presenting this wonderful workshop, and Iām delighted to be co-facilitating alongside her.
Throughout this radical workshop, we will explore the sexual politics of aging and the beauty, power and challenges of a woman's transformation through each phase of womanhood.
Each movement through a phase is not achieved simply due to time passing, but is a Rite of Passage.
Come delve into each phase of a woman: reclaim the long-forgotten ceremonies and practices, divine feminine archetypes and deities, remove old prejudices and archetypes and embody the right to choose what works for your body as you move through each phase.

Eat more whole foods in your day. Focus on increasing whole foods in each meal and in each snack. This is an easy rule to follow whether you are currently in a health journey or just starting.
Avoid 'foods' with long lists of ingredients especially if there are words on the label you can't pronounce.
Remember that your body is using what you put in your mouth for energy, for your brain health, heart health and all of your organs and muscles. Each and every cell of your body will be made from what you eat if you want strong and healthy body parts then you need to eat healthy whole food. Nourish yourself well.

Vegetables do not need to be boring!
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Wash beets and slice, peel carrots and place on baking sheet with parchment paper.
3.Drizzle with avocado oil
4.Cook until fork soft 35-45mins.

Veggies can be delicious!
Zucchini, onion and Shiitake stir-fry with salt and avocado oil. Feel free to add seasoning, spices or fresh herbs to finish!
