The best time to get started on your weight loss journey was last month.
The next best time is today. This is about 20lbs difference in 16weeks.
For me, fat loss should be slow and painless. Sometimes I’ve gone more aggressive and others I’ve done slow and steady. If you are just trying to be healthy slow is better, if you have a deadline then maybe you need to be a bit more aggressive
When your nutrition is dialed in, and your training is on point. You just feel good and look good too💪

When you like what you eat, you never have to cheat on your diet
I genuinely enjoy my burrito bowls and pasta bakes. I haven’t purchased protein bars in forever because now I just make them every week and rotate flavors. It’s cheaper and better and I get to control the ingredients
I have counted my calories for 15 years. So I know how to eyeball my foods. All diets work, even fad ones. Calories in vs calories out is a thing. But we also have to learn what our body absorbs and digests.
Over the years I have learned my body doesn’t like some foods and it prefers others. So I started to choose foods that my body likes, not what I like or crave.
I still eat pizzas and burgers and ice cream but I make better choices.
I have been eating this and variations of this meal for the last month. Is it because I’m disciplined ? Maybe. But it’s because I actually like my foods.

These are the best flavors when it comes to protein powders! Usually I like using protein powder for recipes, but sometimes I just add some water or milk and send it
Most people really under-consume protein. From my experience with clients or people who aren’t aware of their protein intake. They consume as little to 20-60g per day 😱 I personally consume around 170g of protein per day
