Having a healthy Mind is just as important as a healthy Body
For my 2018 Continuing Education Certification (CEC), I chose “Stress Resiliency Course” as I want to educate myself and be able to provide my clients, family and friends tools to cope with mental health issues due to stress in our lives.
It can include the way we feel about ourselves, how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
If you are struggling managing your mental health, it doesn’t hurt to seek medical help.

Fruit & Nut Oatmeal
What a great way to start your day with this delicious and healthy breakfast which can be made ahead of time. My friend Michelle introduced me to this tasty recipe; you should try it!
Ingredients:
3 cups of uncooked oatmeal
2 cups of Greek yoghurt
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 large apple, chopped or diced
½ cup of walnuts or almonds
1/3 cup raisins
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Raw Honey (optional)
Instructions:
Combined and stir all ingredients in a bowl and transfer to container and let it sit overnight in the fridge, enjoy!
