I ran into a cyclist who had no lights other than a little front light pointed down on my run last night in Burlington. Head on. I was lit up like a Christmas tree. Runners, beware of cyclists on the road at night and especially on the back streets.🤕👊🏻🏃🏽

Enjoyed a nice round at the ocean course in Kiawah Island. My happy place with great company! 😎
