Wendy’s Therapeutic Movement
A fun place to share life, recipes, mobility and mental health.
Hello. My July sessions start this week.
Wednesday at 6 p.m. is full, however, I have space in my Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. There is still time to register….you’ve got 14 hours.
Call if you want to grab that spot. My number is (289) 927-3340.
Maybe I’ll see you tomorrow. July 7th. 😀

I made these today. I used gluten
free flower and the recipe mention not to over stir the batter.
Over stirring develops the gluten and they become stogy.
I took that risk away by using GF flour. I added a wee bit of water after making the first batch. It made them a little easier to spread out.
Yum.
Eggless Pancakes Eggless pancakes that are so good, you don't even notice! Use oil and water to replace an egg in this fluffy pancake recipe.

I’m going to be closing this page down by the end of the month.
I just created a group named Wendy’s Therapeutic Movement Community.
It’s going to be a private group instead of a page. I will be approving access.
I haven’t got it all set up yet but it’s out there, set as Private, with me, the admin needing to approve members.
This should eliminate most of the 7K folks that are supposedly following me.
I’ve chatted about creating an online community before, where I can share live snippets and have more honest conversations. You can also feel safer in this community.
Thanks to the heavy rain when I pulled into my parking space at Costco, I was able to delete lots of groups I was following that are no longer relevant, as well as create our new private group.
It’s been a win today.
Oh and did I mention I got to an appointment 3 minutes early.

This was my post in IG yesterday. I changed my Instagram to a private account last week. I was getting too much junk and odd requests.
I use it as a platform to share random thoughts and life experiences living with Fibromyalgia, depression, ADHD and Concussion Syndrome.
I live life well all things considered. You can too.
I will be starting up a monthly or biweekly support group with a movement component. If you are interested please drop me a message or comment here.
I think it is needed. A safe place to share in studio and perhaps online too. Not a place to complain but learn from each other. 🤍

Still teaching. Still loving tummy time. This was 10 years ago. See comments for the original text.
