I love hearing stories about all these animals coming into town and exploring areas we drove them from. That's the natural world doing it's natural thing. One thing that this covid-19 crisis is reminding me it's that "we are not seperate from the world, and we are not seperate from each other" "what we do to others we do to ourselves what we do to the earth we do to every living thing on the planet." You do not end at the surface of your skin.

White pines are so majestic! Did you know that they are the only Conifer that doesn't grow straight up. They adjust their crowns towards the sun so they soak up extra sunlight. If you see a large Conifer reaching out above the other trees worshipping the sun it's likely a White Pine. The extra Sun helps them grow larger. However they sometimes overextend themselves...because of this they are 70% more likely to break their crowns when overloaded with wet snow. What lessons can we learn from the White Pine?
