This membership option is for the ones that don’t have the ability to train with us in person but want or need structure for their workouts. You can now follow the exact same workouts we are doing in class with our in person groups!

First the cut, followed by the bulk!

After our initial three months training in person, Myka’s been following the same workouts from our glute class on her own time.

9 months later & we now have the picture on the right! 20 pounds heavier and stronger than ever 💪🏾

6 months of training with is now complete! 🤩

During those 6 months, she gained 24 pounds & added 3 1/2 inches to her hip measurement, up from 41 to 44.5 inches 🍑

She also gained a good amount of strength! I’ve witnessed her Squat 165 pounds, Hip Thrust 345 and Deadlift a little bit over 200 pounds.

The work is done but her transformation is far from over!

Ilona will also continue to be with us for content creation & ultimately help other ladies achieve similar results 🙏🏾

One full year of uninterrupted glute building for Tracy 🌹]! 🎉

125lbs ➡️ 148lbs!
Up 23 wholesome pounds.

What you’re looking at is a four inch increment in her glutes 🔥

The biggest difference for me are probably the shorts! Tracy’s confidence is now through the roof. Can’t get her to wear leggings anymore 😂 she wears shorts to the gym all the time now 🙌🏾

I also can’t think of a time Tracy missed a workout. Literally, she’s prioritized this. This is probably important piece to the puzzle:

🚨 ANNOUCEMENT 🚨

Nicole is about to (and already has) started making my life a little easier!

Proud to announce she now is an ambassador & personal trainer for Glute Mastery! 🍑

She obtained the Certified Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine () as of November 2021. She will coach women, help create all sorts of content, help grow this page & overall brand!

Nicole is one of the very first ones that came on board to start her glute building journey in September of 2019. After two plus years of consistent training, she’s now developed a passion to help others and wants to help more women transform the same way she did!

Please ladies! Make sure y’all reach out to Nicole or fill out the form in the bio if you’re looking for 1-on-1 in person training. We’re also starting a 3rd class on the weekend (Saturday afternoon) that will be ran by her.

🔥 HIP THRUST PROGRESSION SHEET 🔥

This post is a follow up from the deadlift progression sheet since we we received so much good feedback on it 🙌🏾

This is a simple progression sheet you can use to progress your barbell hip thrust over a 12 week period.

If you compare this chart to the deadlift progression sheet, you’ll notice more repetitions - this is because the hip thrust itself has a much shorter range of motion.

With that in mind, we tend to use higher reps to build strength & promote hypertrophy simultaneously to help your glutes grow bigger and stronger 🍑 (the science generally supports this too).

The iso holds & the abductions are the icing on the cake 🔥

& don’t forget to use a barbell pad to protect your hips from bruising! ✌🏾

When Myka reached out to work with me as her trainer, she said two things word for word:

“I wanna get ripped & lift heavy sh*t.”

The rest is history. 🙌🏾

She dropped 14 pounds from September to now. (It’s also important to mention she used to weigh well over 200 just a little over a year ago. 🤯

She can do push ups with ease & whole SEVEN chin ups. Watched her split squat 50lbs dumbbells, hip thrust 250+ lbs, the list goes on!

But more importantly, she’s happy.

Now it’s time to build & grow the glutes 🍑🔥
