What's up, Greco Orleans!
Today we wanted to take a moment to recognize and introduce you to (If you haven't met her already) our amazing and talented training professional Abby!
Abby has been with us for just over 2 years with a strong passion for fitness that drives her to bring her very best to each member every day!
With 7 years experience of Personal Training & Group training behind her, she’s made a name for herself in the fitness industry through hard work and dedication to her craft. To back this experience up, Abby area of study includes:
• Fitness and health (Diploma)
• Sports nutrition (Diploma)
• Health psychology (Honors degree)
Abby comes from a strong background and love of sports having played rugby, hockey and wrestling primarily.
Fun Facts about Abby:
Her favourite class to teach is hardcore and ironically enough her favourite class to participate in is hardcore!
Her favourite movement to perform is the Bulgarian Split Lung.
The next time you're in and around the studio and see Abby, please say hi and introduce yourself. She can't wait to get to know you and help you achieve all of your fitness goals!
