Day 2 lower body
✔️ Squats 3 sets of 8 repetitions with a 60 second rest
✔️Deadlifts 3 sets of 8 repetitions with a 60 second rest
✔️ Leg extensions 3 sets of 12 with a 45 second rest
✔️ Leg curls 3 sets of 12 with a 45 second rest
✔️ Calf raises 3 sets of 15 with a 30 second rest
Followed by 3 sets of 10-20reps of your choice of ab exercises and 30 minutes of your choice cardio.
Day 1 of my 6 week program.
Stretching with some shoulder dislocations.
Workout is as follows;
✔️Dumbbell Bench Press 3 sets of 8 as heavy as you can handle with a 60 second rest
✔️Lat pull-downs 3 sets of 12 with 45-60 seconds rest periods
✔️Shoulder press with either Dumbbells or a machine 3 sets of 12 with a 30-45 second rest.
✔️Tricep cable extensions 3 sets of 15 with a 30 second rest
✔️Bicep Curls for 3 sets of 15 with a 30 second rest
✔️3 sets of 10-20 reps of leg lifts, ab crunches or cable crunches.
✔️Finally 30 minutes of cardio of your choice.
Keep an eye on this page starting tomorrow. Program and videos will be posted as I will be running the 6 week Shred myself! After some discussion with people who are currently running the program, those who paid will be getting 1-on-1 assistance in person and online because the program is going free for everyone!
