Pure Power with is a 10-week small-group strength series focused on developing the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift through intentional, progressive training.
With only 6 participants, the goal is simple: quality coaching, detailed feedback, better technique, and building confidence under the bar in a supportive environment.
This series is designed for people who want more than random workouts. You’ll move through a structured block of training with optional test + re-test dates so you can actually witness your progress over time.
