- Six weeks written personalized training program
- Weekly 1:1 Check-In sessions (via phone call, zoom etcโฆ)
- Additional support and guidance between sessions
- Nutritional support and guidance
- Creation of SMART goals

- Complete a client initial interview consultation
- Submit tracking of a one week food diary
- Submit a physical readiness questionnaire
- Submit a variety of health measurements / fitness assessments (pre and post program completion)
- Commit to following a 6 week fitness program designed specifically for you based on your fitness and rider goals
- Agree to take/submit weekly progress photos and track other progress details

Proper hydration is often overlooked, but it's crucial during competition for maintaining both mental and physical performance. Dehydration can affect concentration, muscle function, and stamina.
