Well, that wasn’t the outcome we hoped for, but that’s the way this game goes sometimes. Thank you to the RA Centre, CurlOn, and all volunteers for hosting a great event, and making the weekend run smoothly! Although we didn’t come out on top, we had fun along the way and enjoyed our time in Ottawa.
First, we want to say congratulations to Team Zemmelink, Team King, and Team Rooney. You will all represent Ontario well, and we will be rooting for you from back home!
We’d also like to thank our sponsors for their continued support throughout this season. We could not have done this without you all, and we are so grateful to have had you along this ride with us.
We’d like to give a big thank you to our coach, Jodi. Your support and time spent with us did not go unnoticed and we are so thankful for you! 💓
Lastly, we’d like to thank our family and friends for their support all season long. We are always happy to have you alongside us cheering us on!
Team Cave has had an amazing season, and we made lifelong memories and friends along the way. Thank you to everyone who followed along with us this season. Unfortunately, this was Grace and Emily’s final year of juniors. Whatever comes next, we’ve made friendships that will last a lifetime and we wish each other all the best. ❤️

Silver Medalists🥈
Although not the finish we hoped for, we had a great time playing in the Swiss Cup and having the opportunity to see this beautiful country!
We want to start by saying a big thank you to Grant and Cassandra for organizing and making this trip happen! I think both teams can agree that it was an amazing trip and we made lifelong memories and friends along the way.
We would also like to thank , Martin Rios, and all staff that put on the Swiss Cup, and for making us feel so welcomed into your event and community.
To our sponsors, thank you for continuing to support us throughout this wild ride that we have had thus far this season. We are always so grateful for your support and for allowing us to travel around to play the sport we love.
Last but not least, we want to extend a thank you to our family and friends. Having your support both in person and from online means the world to us!

Although we couldn’t quite pull off the final win, we are very proud of our 5W-1L performance at the Swiss Cup.
Congratulations to Team Einspieler on their win, and receiving a trip back to Ontario at the Canadian Junior Cup at the end of the year! It’s always a pleasure playing against you ladies.
Our time here has been amazing, and we have one more day to keep exploring and travel to Glarus! Thank you to everyone who followed along with our games this weekend! 🥈🇨🇦

Happy ! We are so grateful to be playing the sport we love, and for all the support we have received.
Our time here in Switzerland isn’t done yet, we are moving on to the semi-finals tomorrow morning at 11:15am (5:15am EST)!

We made it! We spent yesterday evening touring around St. Gallen, and had the chance to play an exhibition game against a junior boys team, Team Wildhaus.
This morning was spent touring the Chocolarium, and then made the trip to Bern. We have been having so much fun, but we are super excited to get on the ice tomorrow for our first game of the Swiss Cup!
Our first game is at 12:45CET (6:45am ET). Fingers crossed we can stream the game, and here is the link to follow along with the scores.
