The first expansion franchise of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL), the Ottawa BlackJacks will showcase the best of basketball and entertainment in the nation’s capital. In its inaugural campaign, the BlackJacks earned a semifinal appearance at the 2020 CEBL Summer Series. Lead by general manager Jevohn Shepherd and assistant general manager Andy Rautins, Ottawa will play its 2021 home games out of the world-class Arena at TD Place in Lansdowne Park.

We’re excited to welcome the Central Band of the Canadian Armed Forces to TD Place for a special halftime performance on June 4th.

As part of our First Responders Night celebration, the 16-member marching band will take to the court and perform some fan-favourite songs, helping us honour the service, dedication, and commitment of the first responders who keep our communities safe every day.

A new sniper has entered the chat. 🎯🏀

Canadian guard Marko Maletic is joining the BlackJacks after a standout season at Western Illinois, where he averaged 16.4 PPG and shot 47% from deep.

The London, Ontario native spent the offseason playing professionally in Latvia and is now set to make his BlackJacks debut.
