The ice and the snow are almost gone. That means sup season is almost here. Hoping to have my first sup yoga class of the season at the end of May or beginning of June. I’ll be holding classes in three locations this season: Mooney’s Bay, Riverside south, and Constance Bay. 😎🏄♀️🧘
