The founder of Taproot.jem.Systems, a social enterprise, Janet Mrenica, is an Integral Master Coach certified by Integral Canada Coaching. I am an ACC level coach with the International Coaching Federation. I am a Finance Professional, with the Fellow- CPA, CMA, and Fellow CIPFA (UK) designations. I am a Cultivating Safe Spaces Master Facilitator and a Trauma of Money Certified Professional. For the past 9 years, we have held space for individuals and groups in career, climate, conflict, financial, leadership and trauma coaching. This curiosity and passion for human-centered development builds on a global career of community-development, strategic finance and systems perspectives analysis. Our coaching and facilitation practice is grounded in decolonized traditions and approaches. Using the protocols to develop Cultivating Safe Spaces we support meaning making in inclusion, validation, freedom and well-being and in supporting the sharing of experiences such as trauma, scarcity, loss and grief. As a Certified Climate Change Coach and an Active Member of the Global Climate Coaching Alliance and Humanitarian Coaching Network, we hold space to the whole individual during this time of shifting systemic perspectives, both systemic and of nature/climate.
