One of the easiest things you can do to start improving your nutrition is fill up on highly nutrient-rich foods that also taste great!!
For me, that could mean steak 🥩, some asparagus topped with butter 🧈 and an avocado 🥑. But it really doesn’t matter which foods you choose, so long as they’re whole, mostly unprocessed and you love to eat them! 🤤 😋
By the time you finish eating, you don’t even have room for less nutritious choices like that bag of potato chips in the cupboard or those cupcakes 🧁 on the kitchen counter.
