A tree is only as strong as it’s roots. 🌳

It’s possible that some of your negative self-talk patterns are rooted in inaccurate and damaging perceptions of yourself. Let’s consider those rotten roots: the more they grow, the weaker your tree is and the more liable it is to fall during a storm (i.e., in competition). However, gaining a complete understanding of where they originate and coming up with newer, more helpful self-talk can reverse the root rot. With healthy roots, your tree is more likely to remain standing in the strongest winds.
