Athletic development training for athletes ages 8-13 from all sports and skill levels. Individual, small group and team training available upon request.

Group sessions include agility, plyometrics, strength, conditioning and sprint mechanics.

GAME DAY! This morning, CanAm Youth Team completed a scaled version of yesterday’s Game Day, working through nine 5-minute rounds including cardio, weighted carries and basic conditioning movements for max reps. Swipe to see our workout! Results are below.

At tomorrow’s Youth Game Day Workout we’re gambling for reps in a 5 Card Draw! Swipe or read below for details!



Prior to the workout, athletes will draw 5 cards from the deck, with the following corresponding work:
♦️ RED CARD - 400m run
♠️ BLACK CARD - 200m walking awkward carry
🃏 FACE CARD - skip a round in one of the three workouts



Athletes will finish all three of the workouts below, PLUS play all 5 of their cards FOR TIME. Cards can be played at any point in the workout. Game Day Champ is the first to complete it all!


10 Rounds of:
10 toe taps
10 line touches
10 plate in-outs
10 speed steps each foot


10 Rounds of:
10 Mountain Climbers
10 Plank Shoulder Taps
10 Lateral Hurdle Hops
3 Vertical Jumps to a Target


8 Rounds of:
8 deadlifts
8 squats
8 leg raise
8 pushups



Game Day Sessions run Sunday’s at 9am and 11am at (155 Colonnade Road South, Unit 20). 11am Session is also on Zoom! DM for drop-in info. Spots available for 11am tomorrow!

CanAm Youth Athletes are recreational and competitive athletes from all sports. Hockey players, Soccer players, Ski Racers, Gymnasts and Rugby players train altogether with a common goal - getting stronger and faster in their sports through agility, plyometrics, conditioning and sprint work. We develop movement skills and learn training concepts that will be important keys to overall fitness in or out of our sports. You may not play your sport forever, but you can train like an athlete for life.
