Look at how lovely this selenite catches the light in the darkness. I am always fascinated by its moon-like beauty. â €

This selenite has travelled the world with me as it is such a tranquil stone, made of very soft minerals — it makes any space feel sacred and safe. Something we could all use right now.⠀

I love feeling the weight of it in my hands. Sometimes I lie with it on my tummy at night while I do my sound balancing. This helps clear away any EMFs from the day and untangle any stuck energy. It is a great alternative for those who can’t have Epsom salt baths or get to the sea.⠀

Most of the time these voices seep in when we have been comparing ourselves to others, waiting for the world to validate us or living someone else's truth. All three deplete our personal power and the unique medicine we bring to this world by just being. â €

Is this true for you right now? Here is a little remedy to help you out: â €

Do something that is SO you - it comes easy to you - it is your true nature. When you're doing it, soak it in and sit in it with self-acceptance. â €

This brings you back to your seat of power and boosts your self-esteem! When you do it, do it for you - like no one is watching. That's when it's special. â €

For example, I woke up with some blocking thoughts myself this morning, so I decided to have a solo dance party instead. Dancing always makes me feel light but also very grounded in myself. â €

Reaching a new level of you through restlessness â‹’â €

I feel like we have been moving through a wide range of emotions. Every day is a new adventure, but one thing that seems to be sitting consistent is the feeling of restlessness. Man is it frustrating to feel so restricted.â €
â €
However - it’s not all bad! Having the time to sit down and really think things through, like were we really in love with the path we were going down, and what have we had more time for now that feels fun? This time is really allowing us to become more clear about ourselves. ⠀
â €
Which means, some truths may be coming to light for you about what actually lights you up, what you're really craving and what you're still missing. This can be scary AF because it means a lot might have to shift in your life if you choose to follow and align to it.â €
â €
Quarantine is also teaching us how to think outside the box - from home workouts to financial planning. Knowing how to pivot and keep moving rather than staying stuck in “pause mode” is a skill that will serve you far into the future no matter your chosen path.⠀
â €
༄ So how do we navigate this feeling of restlessness? ⠀
â €
â‹’ Well my lovely souls, this week I say surrender to your heart. Listen to the things that feel "ah" and uplifting and try to avoid the things that feel "ugh" and draining, noticing what that feels like for you as you move through your week. â €
â €
â‹’ When you come up against a block, how can you pivot or push through instead of feeling like the universe is punishing you. â €
â €
â‹’ When you feel frustrated, I want you to remember you are never being punished - you are being pushed - to grow and to gain new skills because you are being groomed to be the best version of you! â €

Your intuition is always trying to guide you âś§â €

Sometimes we subconsciously call in signs to mirror back what we already know deep inside. â €
â €
Signs can come to you as a confirmation you are on the right track and to keep going - following your inner knowing.â €
â €
Today I was out walking, and felt a strange need to stop and look up. There was a hawk hovering over my head. Knowing what hawks mean to me, I understood the message I was needing to reintegrate in myself. â €
â €
For some people, they would say it is just a hawk and brush it off, but signs are different -they feel like magic. It's that universal language. â €
â €
You can't speak it, you can't think it, you can't write it, you just feel it. It's that wave that washes over you to stop everything your doing, so you can receive the message your soul has for you. â €
â €
For example, when that book jumps off the shelf, and the message resonates deeply with what your currently going through or you see the exact same number several times in a row - that it seems creepy. This is what I am talking about, they are clues guiding you back on track with your soul contract. â €
â €
༄ If you are curious enough to look into the meaning, you might just find the confirmation you've been seeking.⠀

Coconut & Clove Deodorant â €

Sooo I used to spend $22 deodorant 🤭 but this homemade deodorant smells amazing, looks elegant and works perfectly - even for us sensitive souls. ⠀
â €
⋒ 4 ½ Tbsp baking soda ⠀
⋒ 4 ½ Tbsp of cornstarch ⠀
â‹’ 3 Tbsp of melted coconut oil â €
⋒ 10-15 drops of your fav natural essential oil (I used clove and now smell like a Christmas cookie) 🥰⠀

Mix it up together in a bowl and put it into a jar!â €
â €
I reused the glass jar I had from the soapwalla deodorant - the one I was buying from the detox market, but any container will do! â €

To me grounding means many things.â €

Yes, it means connecting to the electrical charges from the earth and yes it has a positive effect on the body, but there is also so much more to explore!â €
â €
When you start to pay attention to what you give your time to, what you choose to tune into, what you choose to follow and what and who surrounds you in your environment. You realize everything holds a frequency, a feeling, a truth - but is it serving you? Does it support you? Does it make you feel good? If not, how can you change it? â €
â €
When you aren’t grounded you feel fatigued, anxious, stressed, scattered, worried, etc. Now how can you possibly feel safe to go after your deepest desires when you feel this way? ⠀
â €
༄ Here is an easy remedy to stay grounded as you grow⠀

â‹’ Set boundaries with devices, media and the newsâ €

Unlocking Your True Essence â €

Understanding who it is you came here to be can be hard when you have stored everyone else's thoughts and opinions since the day you were born. This transfers to your soul not feeling safe to express itself fully. â €
â €
My advice to anyone feeling confused about your soul's true essence is simply look at what you used to do as a kid for fun. What was exciting and interesting to you and how did you behave when in these moments.â €
â €
⋒ For example, my sister and I used to spend a lot of time in nature, making hats from rhubarb leaves pretending we were fairies and making “potions” in tinctures (embarrassing but so magical!) The way I understand this now is my strong need to feel magic in my life and to honour my inner mystic. ⠀
â €
â‹’ We were also always making things, whether it was jewelry, painting, drawing, dancing. We loved expressing ourselves creatively and would sell our creations to neighbours, family and friends. The way I understand this now is my work needs to be a creative expression of myself but also brings joy, peace and beauty to other people's lives. â €
â €
â‹’ Being outside in nature is a huge part of me as well, because it allows me to feel free, to explore, and have a sense of adventure to satisfy my wanderlust. It is also where I get my inspiration from. â €
â €
Identifying these qualities has allowed me to make sure I carve out time every day to honour these parts of myself because that is when I feel the most joy and it helps me to stay feeling full. â €
â €

Coming home to your soul through nature 🌿

I know so many people don't have the same luxury I have to be out and around nature which makes me so sad. When we lose connection with the outside world we can easily become lost in our inside world. â €

So I thought it was important to share some of my favourite tricks to satisfy the senses & restore inner lifeforce to stay feeling grounded and energized while at home. â €
â €
â‹’ Bring more houseplants into the home (if you can), or any cool rocks or branches that speak to youâ €
â €
â‹’ Have a sea salt bath or shower followed by body oiling with a natural scent such as rose â €
â €
â‹’ Purify your air with beeswax candles, sage or essential oils â €
â €
â‹’ Really touch and feel your food as you make it - be present with it. Use lots of herbs and spices, drink tea!â €
â €
â‹’ Listen to music that brings you into an alpha-theta state â €
â €
