To all of you that don’t know, and you should know… this is Jeanne, my day 1 client! The first day I started Soungui Fitness, she was the only person that came to my sessions, and stayed committed to them, 3 times a week.
She helped me to stay motivated and to be consistent with my sessions because I knew that I had at least one person that was going to be there to workout, and work towards building healthy lifestyles for themselves.
Jeanne has been a great supporter of of what we do at Soungui Fitness, and has played a huge role in what we’ve become today.
We appreciate you greatly, and proud to have you as part of the Soungui Fitness family.

CLIENT SHOUT OUT!
Hendrik always shows up to our sessions, ready for whichever challenging exercises we throw his way; He approaches them with a positive attitude, and the right mindset.
The progress he has made speaks for, and goes to show the hard work and commitment that he has put in here with us at Soungui Fitness… now over a year!

Big run today!!! Half marathon âś…
The greatest challenge that I faced during this run was mental… and yet, it wasn’t all that bad because I had already trained myself mentally, and prepared myself through routine and discipline; if you stay ready you won’t ever have to get ready.
The goal was originally to run 16km as part of a workout program I’m following, but I decided that if I was going to do 16km, I might as well do 21km because it isn’t too far off.
Our minds are truly powerful, and if we can get them to a point where we can be in complete control, despite how we are feeling, or the external factors that we might face in life, anything is possible!!!
I challenge you all to commit to something that is uncomfortable for you, but you know yield results that are beneficial towards the improvement of your health and wellness.

If I relied only on motivation, I would not be where I am today, and doing things that I am doing.
If you want to be great, or achieve greatness in your life, you must intentionally work on conditioning yourself to be self-disciplined; every, single, day.
I don’t always want to wake up at 5am… but I do it anyway.
I’m not always looking forward to taking a cold shower… but I’ve set it in my mind that the day doesn’t start without it.
Working out is not always an easy task… but I’ve turned it into a lifestyle.
You’ve got to become disciplined, because motivation isn’t going to be with you through all of the challenges, but your mind will be. And it’s you that determines whether or not your mind is going to give into excuses that are always going to be around, or if it focuses on doing what needs to be done.
