When it comes to nutrition for fat loss you have 2 choices.

1. Restrict calories, be hungry miserable and generally hate life.

or

2. Eat more seafood and enjoy a ton of health benefits, while losing fat.

Eating a lot of seafood can be challenging. Here’s one way I personally find easy to get a TON of seafood in - cioppino (seafood stew). Tons of great recipes online - fill with your favorite seafood.

We get it. You’ve probably been blasted with a thousand online workouts during the quarantine.

Let’s face it, the overwhelming majority of them suck. They look something like this:
Burpees x 100
Push ups x 150
Results x -1.5million
Time = wasted

If you’ve been serious about training, it’s going to be really difficult to get results just using body weight.

We originally put these plans together for our clients during this period. The feedback has been that not only are they insanely challenging, but they’re also too good not to share.
